哎哎 坐辦公室久之後 感覺下半身的大腿部位好像變粗了耶
雖然穿短褲還不至於看出來 但跟以前比還是有差
嗚嗚嗚 我的身材 > <
所以我現在都會做腿部運動
單腳往後提各50下 做完一輪體力還真有夠差的喘
請問各位姊妹們 妳們坐辦公室的也會感受到身材的不一樣嗎?
還有要做什麼運動可以補救呢? 謝謝~~!!!
