【工作內容】
[ Job description ]
The fund associate program ensures that young, bright talent can find
exposure in fields related to the start and growth of their careers. As an
associate, your work, whether it's assisting in generating reports or
cresting trade analysis, is used by our investment team to make our fund
profitable and running smoothly. A master juggler working on multiple
accounts at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative
ways to tackle big picture challenges. From developing forward-thinking
analysis to generating management reports, the Finance & Accounts Executive
is an important part of our business.

[ The role ]
You will be a junior associate and assist in the day-to-day operations of the
fund and may also provide assistance to any of its affiliated entities. You
are a talented individual who wants to kick-start your career by joining a
uniquely successful and growing company, and who is eager to learn to further
develop related skillsets. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys
collaborating which people who possess a diverse set of talents. You are a
strong time manager and can prioritize effectively while creating space for
original thinking and thoughtful analysis to support our executives.

[ Responsibilities ]
‧ Proactively support the investment team on ensuring efficient trade
execution and transaction processing.
‧ Conduct industry and market analysis to support the investment team in
the origination of investment opportunities.
‧ Assist with research of other funds and/ or indices to generate
benchmarks and reports about the fund performance.
‧ Assist with preparation of financial models, research articles, notes,
and reports.
‧ Presentation of finding and analysis to the investment team.

【徵求條件】
The successful candidate will possess the following:
‧ Possesses strong analytical and commercial skills
‧ Strong skills with the Office suite, especially Excel modeling.
Powerpoint and Word are a plus.
‧ Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, Economics, Math, or a related field.
‧ Having existing exposure to investment banking, private equity, or
asset management experience is considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
‧ Ability to comfortably interact with business clients and management.
‧ HighlyEnergetic and decisive with a high level of integrity.
‧ Must be highly comfortable communicating in English (both written and
oral)

臺北市松山區敦化北路207號9樓之2

【工作時間】
週一至週五，10:00~19:00，午休一小時

【月休】
國定假日及週六週日
