今早原本要進新的公司報到（上班）,
路上就發生車禍,現在手能動,無法走路…
原本的勞保是保今天（4/29）
但因為我無法走路,所以沒辦法如期去公司報到,
勞保也延後至5/2（一）才開始（對方沒有休勞動節）,因為沒有正式報到,我覺得我有點
不想做這份派遣工作,想乾脆就不去報到,但因為上週二有跟人力公司簽約（原本表示今天
會去報到）,那如果我單方面解約,不履行合約去找別的職缺會面臨任何刑責或求償嗎?
