優越感,說穿了不就是驕傲?
古今中外,從來都不推崇人去驕傲,
我想這必定是透過長時間的觀察、
龐大的樣本數所見證出來的趨勢
追求卓越固然可取,
但優越感不是必要
我看到的,
真正取得巨大成就的那群人,
並沒有散發出一股高人一等的優越感
從企業界的郭台銘
到藝文界的李安、直到體育界的林書豪
推導其原因,
應該是因為,一個人有能力又肯努力,的確有資格驕傲,
但一旦驕傲,
就沒辦法服人、真正得人心,
意即無法有效的統御周圍的力量為己用。
只憑一己之力,
能在外商坐穩一個名不見經傳的職缺,已是不容易了,
更何況要取得更高的成就呢?
