進入一家公司,假如有些事情覺得沒辦法承受,
會推測一下:假如是其它人來做的話呢?會不會覺得沒什麼?
要怎麼判定是抗壓性不足,或者在職的工作真的是"坑人"呢?
我覺得工作上一定會有很多地方要吃苦忍受
但每個人的標準不一,所以覺得蠻困惑,
假如對工作的部份狀況不滿意而仍在職,
是要證明自己"奴性堅強"、"不草莓"
或者自己真的是放棄其它好工作,故步自封?
