如何誘導部下寫筆記? - 職場

其實目前小弟在帶一個人
我在帶他倉庫的概念~但是他都沒寫筆記
我帶人都是慢慢帶，由簡單到難
之前的公司都是我說完後會主動寫筆記，並且寫得很快
這次是他都不寫，直接聽
一開始我都丟簡單的概念給他去做，難的我先去做
後來我看有點時機成熟後，我就拋出該怎麼查倉庫帳的議題出來 (有教他)
他可能聽到霧煞煞，但是又不記筆記............
我今天就跟他說 "請將我昨天和今天跟你說的，交一份報告給我"
我是不知道他會不會交
但是有關這議題，大大有沒有比較好的方法能夠誘導下屬寫筆記寫報告?
重點是他如果有寫筆記，並且能夠主動跟我討論，我就不會叫他寫報告了
