其實在如此不景氣中，我能找到這份工作已經覺得慶幸了
我是在學校擔任教授的國科會助理
每天上班時間7:30~17:30 中午休息一小時
但這份工作有一個很重要的問題 便是 不能請假
因為老闆不喜歡人家請假
只要請假 他會很生氣 就遭殃了
前一陣子因為流感 我足足病了一個月都不好
甚至是頂著高燒在上班 仍不能請假
直到前幾天 我因生理痛 痛得差點在地上打滾 也不敢請個假看醫生打針
我才很深的體悟到 如果以後都是這樣 無法請假 也不會有任何年假特
問過之前在這位教授身邊工作過的人 他表示 工作３年 只請過２天假
還拆成三次請 甚至有一次是他公公過世 居然只請了半天～ @@
想問問看 大家是否會覺得這樣不太通情理 又該如何面對？ 謝謝～～
