寫太多字手會麻... - 考試

目前準備國考的時間有半年
國考很重要的一環就是寫申論和作筆記
但是一直以來寫申論和做筆記的時候
大拇指都會一陣一陣麻(以前都不會)
目前的狀況 只要寫兩題申論
大拇指就麻到不行，或是很乾脆痛起來
真的很痛
好像在跟我抗議不要一直操他@@
去看過中醫、整骨、熱水、輕輕按摩 都沒什麼效
有一種該不會再進考場前手就要廢掉的不詳感...
不知道板上有沒有人有類似情形和解決方法可以救救我的手呢
