家人因工作時腳受傷,醫生說至少要再家休息兩個禮拜或一個月不等!!因為家人工作是司機,這休息期間等於無法工作!!請問在勞保上會有補助嗎?如果有該如何申請?須具備那些文件

職災受傷可以請領,除非你的公司沒有勞保
1.自墊醫療費用核退申請書。
2.勞工保險職業傷病門診單或住院申請書。
3.醫療費用收據正本及費用明細,其收據正本及費用明細如有遺失或供其他用途者,應檢附原出具之醫療機構加蓋印信註明與原正本相符字樣之影本
