帶到那種個性直、自尊心強、心思細膩敏感但做事卻不細膩的新人,你會怎處理?
一 直接表達:
就是直接找他私下溝通,告訴他哪裡需要改進,再不改進就定他
絕不能讓新人騎到頭上,不爽的話大家走著瞧
二 默默觀察,見機而作:
就是絕不會告訴他缺點在哪,因為個性直又這麼敏感的人,他很容易誤會你對他有意見
知道他是怎樣的人就好並跟他維持和諧的關係,但有好處也不會給他。
除非他主動來拜託你,否則他有困難也不會幫他
他自己要有本事的話就自己去搞,沒本事的話就自生自滅
