算平均工資時,是否可在將7/1取得的未休10天特休1萬元,全部計入平均工資計算?還是
應依照比例(如果依照比例,如何比例比較恰當,A君7/1到職,上年度實際可休特休為24
天,等於每月可休2天)
平均工資薪資10,9,8,7,6,5月
