年後離職的薪水計算 - 離職

如果我1月4日進公司工作,採一個月30天計算的月薪制
公司說3個月試用期內還不是正式員工
現在覺得公司不符理想,想在年後離職
請問薪水是計算到年後的離職日(如2/15)
還是年前(2/5)呢?
我自己查勞基法的解釋是算到離職日,過年休假算有薪假
雖然勞基法規定沒有試用期,但不確定我這樣還不算正式員工的
有沒有可能就變成只發我5天薪水
還請了解的大大們分享,謝謝
