Table of Contents
Position: Asian Marketing Assistant 亞洲區行銷助理
* Assist Asian marketing and sales tasks行銷業務支援、協助主管之工作
* General Office duties: answer phones, type correspondence, filing. Reception
Support 一般行政工作、訪客接待、接電話、收信、會後/隨時收拾整理、主動支援幫忙
* Keep literature room well organized. 文宣品樣品管理
* Filing 平日文件歸檔, 清楚歸檔建檔分類掃描
* Collect, prepare, and send packages or samples for test and keep test records
郵寄、包裝、記錄整理(樣品/檢驗/展覽/印刷品等等)
* Marketing items and literature printing行銷品製作/廠商聯繫/對稿對帳
* Trade Show support 協助展會事宜(登記/細節聯絡/相關準備)
* Communication with customers/head office. 聯繫客戶/總公司(英文)
* Shipping notice care/track to make sure L/C/bank information / contract or PI
signed back confirmation on time and keep good filing.
到貨安排、出貨文件付款追蹤
* Petty cash reports keeping, collecting receipts for CPA.
零用金帳目管理、帳單收據管理、對帳
* Miscellaneous/office supply purchase, pay some bills, fix, and maintenance.
文具雜項採購、修繕處理、帳單繳納
Requirements :
1. Good MS-Office skills, including word, excel, ppt, outlook
2. English Communication Ability (Writing and Speaking)
3. Chinese and English Typing/Translation
4. Responsible and self-driven working attitude
需求與工作時間說明:
需要 2年以上助理工作經驗, 細心, 負責, 為長期需求。短期工讀生、在學生勿試
目前:每週 3天, 每次 5小時。時薪200至250 (視人才經驗)。
長期:希望工作穩定後,公司需要時,能調整成正職全時。
