念書時提振精神的方法 - 考試

之前有分享上榜心得,其中有提到我覺得自己可以短期上榜的要素
不外乎就是讀書計畫和規律的生活作息以及念書時間,還有挑選適合自己的
補習方式,另外,最重要一點就是睡飽,精神飽滿絕對是提升念書效率的好方法
但睡眠時數明明有達到7小時了,卻還是覺得整個人有點疲勞、倦怠該怎麼辦呢???
我在補習班看到很多人是喝咖啡,有的人是買三、四瓶烏龍茶一直喝,也有的人是
到樓梯口抽菸,也有不少人是選擇趴下來到精神好時再開始念書,我自己是不喝咖啡
因為我喝咖啡晚上會睡不著,喝茶多少也會,所以我是選擇提神飲料,之前有喝紅牛
喝完之後反而覺得超想睡覺......之後在全聯發現一個有用且便宜的提神飲料,那就
是康貝特,是最便宜的那種喔,比較大瓶有氣的那種,我喝起來是沒效果,
我每天早上睡醒就先喝一瓶康貝特,我覺得對我幫助很大,或許是裡面成分真的有效
或許是心理作用,給國考板的大家做個參考囉 ~^v^~
