應徵客服 繳交JCIC? - 職場

各位大大好 如題

小弟主要有兩個問題

1.應徵客服(會碰觸到金流)
hr說我錄取了 需要繳交JCIC 個人綜合信用資料 還有良民證?!

這兩項資料是很正常的嗎？

2.我用hotmail先回傳JCIC的照片給HR 但是後來hotmail收到有封信件顯示如下

mail:[email protected]

主旨: delivery status notification (failure)

內容:This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

[email protected](對方hr的email)

----------------------------------------------------------

後來查了一下,這好像是收信失敗?

對方hr說收到了 這是什麽狀況……
