甲公司採行責任中心制,各獨立部門以投資報酬率作為衡量績效的工具,甲公司的必要報
酬率為15%。傢俱部門目前的營業狀況為營業淨利$200,000;部門營業資產$1,000,000。
傢俱部門現正考慮一個投資方案,該方案須投資營業用資產$400,000,預期該項投資會產
生的收入與成本如下:銷貨收入$400,000;變動成本率60%;固定成本$110,000。
(1)傢俱部門主管會不會實施此投資方案?理由為何?
(2)若你是甲公司的總經理,你希望傢俱部門主管投資該方案嗎?理由為何?
(3)若甲公司之要求報酬率改為10%,並採剩餘利潤評估部門績效,則傢俱部門主管會投資
此方案嗎?理由為何?
(4)甲公司若採投資報酬率或剩餘利潤來評估部門績效,何者會造成反功能決策?

我記的沒錯的話,ROI會導致反功能決策,也因為公司用投資報酬率衡量各部門績效
所以新方案加入後,傢俱部門會因為ROI下降而拒絕此方案,但公司(總經理)立場
應該是只要RI大於$0就會接受此方案
其中第二小題
若用整體ROI(17.86%)去算RI的話,RI=$40,000>$0,故總經理會接受此方案
但若只用新方案的ROI(12.5%),RI=($10,000),總經理則不接受此方案
這樣答案就會不同了,公職王給的答案是總經理不接受此方案,
但我不懂為什麼算ROI時不包含原方案?
