我司企管顧問很廢,怎麼辦? - 年終

大家好 我是傳產中小企業主第二代
員工約35人在偏僻郊區的工廠
父親有請來一個60歲企管顧問,
每週一三五下午來輔導三小時
顧問費每月四萬
範圍為企管所有面向
只會給意見,沒有執行力
例如我爸說:
業績&出席率&不良率要連動員工的年終獎金,
顧問在幹部會議上也只會重覆我爸的話,
不會實際去蒐集業績&出席率&不良率
然後作成excel表,
用這三個率去乘以一個系數=員工的年終
(顧問老人家他不會用excel)
也不follow每一個專案,
都是講完"員工的獎金會連動業績喔"
就沒任何動作了,一年來只有給意見,出一張嘴而已
沒有任何執行力,算不出任何的獎金公式
幹部私下都認為顧問是廢物
我爸毫無現代先進的管理概念,
就是30年前的那種傳產老闆
講錯很多管理觀念,顧問也牆頭草,
我爸講錯話他也照捧
所以我爸很挺顧問,他是管理白癡,
不知道顧問很廢
不過今年生意很好,仍是業績創新高
請教各位,業界顧問真的只要給意見就好,
不用去算出公式
作出報表? 也不用和幹部要不良率等數據?
不需要實際執行嗎?
這種情況下我該怎麼辦?
ps:朋友是建議我就一直給顧問壓力,
逼他交出公式&數據,
給他寫出某某規章制度SOP的期限
若他不行,就自己會知難而退
