我的困擾:上半身太胖(有竹筍奶~尖的)大的肚子腰圍34吋多大小腿也想瘦我身高才160多(最近沒什麼在量身高)但確定沒超過165..體重大概有60多吧目前高二....請問我還有機會能瘦下來嗎?我不接受手術和藥物的答案有能在家裡做的運動嗎我不會游泳腳受過傷不能打籃球.....聽說只靠仰臥起坐很難瘦�
