如題
這兩天聽朋友抱怨
朋友的公司是某科技業上市公司 他的職稱是工程師
他在公司待了快四年 在部門裡面算是老鳥
最近來了個新人
目前還待不到半年
大學學歷差不多 對公司來說都是私立大學
只是朋友是私立前段資管系 新人是私立後段資管系
兩人同年次 只是一個年頭一個年尾 所以新人大朋友一屆
經歷也差不多 朋友畢業那年運氣不好遇到可怕的22k
只能從22k開始一直跳槽到現在這間公司 一待就待快四年
新人聽說剛畢業也是從21.2k的約聘做起 換了兩間公司
現在公司是他的第四間公司
帳面上來看兩人學經歷差不多
朋友因為在部門算老鳥 目前就等著案子進來準備接PM
新人因為剛進公司 所以還在學習關於工作上的基本與專業知識
兩年內應該沒有接PM的跡象
朋友說這兩天與其他同事聊天的時候 對方說溜嘴
這才知道原來那個新人的薪水比朋友高了2.5k
朋友覺得非常不平
因為新人進來的工作態度並不好...
上班打瞌睡 逛網拍 工作進度又跟不上其他人
分給他的工作已經是比較簡單的部分了
同樣的問題又要問好幾遍才真的有聽進去
這樣的人憑什麼薪水領的比他高?
我有勸朋友不如就趕快跳槽
但是朋友覺得都年底了 跳槽這件事等明年過完年領完年終再認真找
但是他一直覺得很不平 私底下一直跟我抱怨...
請問版上有沒有人可以給我點意見讓我好好勸勸他? 讓他趕快想開?
