新人要我一步一步教 但薪水比我高 - 薪水

上個月公司突然要我接異業結盟的業務，但
因為一個人忙不過來，所以公司多請了一個人。
公司說因為專門異業結盟要往外跑，所以比較辛苦，因此薪水比我多了幾k。
公司沒明講數字，但說先讓我知道是因為要我心理不要不平衡，做人要有「量」。
但是問題來了，這個新人完全沒有經驗，反應又很慢，
異業結盟這種東西既然要我寫SOP給他跟著做。
這，有可能嗎？
請問，如果各位大大遇到這狀況，會怎做呢？
