小弟在爬過幾位高手前輩的心得文後，嘗試寫了中英文自傳，但自己認為仍有待加強卻不
知從何改起，因此想請教各位前輩幫忙指點，小弟會虛心受教！
個人學經歷背景：國立大學企管系、多益855，無打工實習經驗
欲應徵之職務：目前鎖定科技網路業（如：華碩、微軟）與醫藥醫材業（如：美敦力、禮
來）的業務校園徵才
中文自傳內容：
我叫XXX，畢業於國立XX大學企業管理學系。喜歡和大家分享成果以及吸引聽眾專注的感
覺，常自願上台報告，在團體報告中也常被推選為報告講者；喜歡主動發言，分組討論時
常會先自我介紹、提供初步想法或釐清方向以拋磚引玉，尤其是在面臨尷尬或陷入沉默時
，在討論順暢時也會適時摘要與總結以穩固討論的基礎；喜歡邏輯推理，選修許多系上的
個案研討課，學習偵探般抽絲剝繭的分析。
隊員－X大男籃代表隊
磨練意志力與挫折承受力的旅程。撐過每次未受教練青睞與表現不如預期的挫折，堅持額
外鍛鍊為教練所詬病的投籃與體能，在2013上半年更堅持每天為期兩小時的重量訓練，終
獲教練青睞達成先發球員的目標。
副主席—X大男子籃球聯盟
身為副主席加上臉皮比較厚，常需要充當聯盟的窗口，讓我變得善於與各式各樣的人打交
道，包括心生不滿的球員、老謀深算的企業、脾氣暴躁的體育館管理員以及聯盟內部意見
多元的幹部。期間也成功募得乖乖、麒麟啤酒以及金車等企業的商品贊助，總計20箱贊助
產品。
參謀室秘書—中華民國空軍XXX聯隊
服務一位少將聯隊長及四位上校級主管，期間仔細觀察了解長官的習慣，並主動在其開口
前滿足需求。學會察言觀色發現需求。
在學期間積極參與活動，校際合唱比賽、企管營、企管之夜等等，尤其喜歡有挑戰性的活
動，企管營期間接下微電影負責人，在無背景知識情況下向廣電系同儕請教，佐以網路資
源自主學習，終順利完成任務；曾帶隊用雙腳征服過XX山，也曾兩度完成單車環島的挑戰
。
相信自己主動積極、不畏挑戰不畏挫折的個性，佐以細心地洞察能力與適時宜的應對進退
，可以讓自己成為一個好業務，期許自己能發揮所長為公司帶來穩定的業績成長。
英文自傳內容：
I am writing to apply for the Sales Representative position where I’m sure I
can make a positive contribution to the firm. With the upcoming discharge in t
he military service I am looking forward to making good use of my capabilities
and personalities to give the right thing to the right person.
As a graduate from the department of Business Administration in NXXU, I have b
ecome a proactive and team-oriented person excelling in clearly expressing. In
workshops without clog, I made short summaries and repeated other’s ideas to
consolidate the basis of discussions. On the other situation, I could also be
the silence-breaker. When needed, I always voluntarily conveyed my opinions i
n class. Or my classmates would select me as the presenter because of my good
presentation skills.
The extracurricular experiences enable me to deal with personnel at all levels
effectively, and strengthen my perseverance and endurance under huge pressure
. As the Vice President of XX Basketball League, I have to face staff members,
participants, workers in NXXU Physical Education Office, and other related or
ganizations to operate the league well. For the All-Star Game, I raised 20 box
es of product sponsorships from Kuai Kuai co., Kirin co., and King Car co.. Be
sides, I did tons of drills such as shooting
and dribbling to make my performance better in basketball games. And I eventua
lly won the trust from coach and the position of the starting shooting guard
because of my diligence.
What is not clearly expressed in my resume is that I’m an ambitious, self-dis
ciplined and goal-oriented quick learner. I look forward to speaking with you
about this employment opportunity and answering any questions you may have.
