工作: 美髮設計師
薪水: 完全沒底薪....所有業績扣東扣西完...每100元大概抽32元
休假: 月休五天(沒年假)一年就是60天
請假一天...1200元(事假)
年終: 0元
進修: 自行排假上課
課程費用自費
上班時間:中午11:30到晚上10:00(上班打卡~~~下班責任~~~有時晚上12點還在公司)
特休: 無
我想請問~~~~別的行業也是如此的待遇嗎???
因為有點想轉行
雖然現在賺的還算可以
但毫無生活可言
也不能發生任何意外
很困擾阿!!!!!
