勞動部昨天公布11月最新實施無薪假統計，總計有45家企業，約5292人實施無薪假，
創下近3年來新高；而面板業景氣更糟直接「從春天入秋天」，沒有旺季。
華映桃園市八德4.5代廠將停產，並執行14個月的無薪假到明年底，
影響人數超過兩千五百人。
台灣面板群創、友達10月營收雙雙跌破300億元，群創10月營收295.83億元，
月減5.5％，友達10月營收為291.93億元，月減7.1％。加上電視面板價格持續走跌，
多做多虧，面板廠乾脆安排歲修、減產，在第四季的傳統淡季要「沉潛過冬、蓄積能量」
。除華映執行無薪假到明年底，群創竹科與南科廠區九月已資遣31人，友達裁撤73名人。
華映桃園市八德4.5代廠傳在不裁員下，部分人員實施14月無薪假，
桃園市政府勞動局表示，依規定最多無薪假上限為3個月，對華映無薪假申請予以退件，
意即華映至今仍不得實施無薪假，查獲將開罰。勞動局強調全力保障員工的權益。
