月薪制換算時薪 - 加班

呃，一點觀念想問大家：
爬文說月薪制換算時薪是：月薪/30/8 (一個月30天，一天8小時，放假算有薪假)
(算加班費時用的公式，記得乘1.33、1.66)
但是如果最低時薪是：109
那最低月薪不就是：109*30*8=26160？ (放假算有薪假？所以不用扣放假天數？)
呃，因為好像有看到文章說「兩個不會抵觸」，所以想說怎麼會這樣呢？
請指點我，讓我突破盲點，感謝。
