內政部於74年9月5日發布函示揭示:雇主如果確有調動勞工工作的必要,
應依下列原則辦理:
1.基於企業經營上所必需
2.不得違反勞動契約
3.對勞工薪資及其勞動條件,未做不利之變更
4.調動後的工作,為其體能及技術所可勝任
5.調動工作地點過遠者,雇主應予以必要的協助
現在人事調動這麼頻繁
向我們公司 明明家住台中 在神岡廠上班
卻調你去雲林廠上班
中間還不給你油資補貼 這樣不就是變相減薪嗎
調去大陸廠也是 如果不願意
便要求你離職
相信不只我們公司是如此
有強者或強者的朋友 靠調動五原則打敗公司這不合理的制度嗎
