未滿90天可否領資遣費? - 工作

如題,我上個月17號才開始工作,昨天老闆告知說經營困難要歇業,那我可以跟他要資遣費嗎?另外資遣費是資方給了薪水後還可再要求給予的嗎?或是資方歇業就只能給予資遣費?還有資遣費怎麼計算?我薪資一個月17280看其他知識寫說未滿一個月以一個月計算但我一個半月要怎麼計算=A=?最後資方並沒有幫我保勞健保這樣會有什麼影響嗎?
