首先，非常感謝貴公司給我一個面試的機會讓我可以介紹我自己。
我叫oo畢業於oooo，在讀二專時，有機會在一間企管顧問公司工作，因為公司規模不大所以我同時做著客服與行政的工作，這份工作給了我很好的磨練機會，讓我學會了與客戶的應對進退，加強了我的溝通技巧和可以多方了解了客戶的需求，其工作不僅需要對外聯繫，內部的行政工作也要執行，要幫忙匯整公司講師的課程內容和客戶的資料整理，有時也須跟經理到客戶那裏去做簡報，從這份工作中我學到了非常多的職場倫理與實務經驗，希望我有機會能將之前的經驗在貴公司裡呈現。謝謝！
