我165公分體重50~51.5公斤體脂肪27到29左右請問我的理想體重是怎樣呢?PS我一年運動不到10次體脂肪過高~~但外表有肉不會胖~~有人跟我說我這種的體質會在未來短時間爆肥=_=為什麼?我常吃雞排和起司馬鈴薯、鹹酥雞、肯德基、牛排愛吃的都和肉還有牛奶分不開一陣子沒吃肉我就很焦慮然後瘋狂的想著要吃�
