無證據舉發可行嗎? - 加班

各位版大好
原PO是應屆畢業生
莫約兩個月前曾經在某間鞋店上班
1.無勞健保、無勞退
2.正職班卻1萬1/月<<超時加班
曾經一天工時長達20小時
無加班費
3.言語羞辱、霸凌
一開始只是單純認為要磨練自己
再加上老闆是透過關係認識的
所以也答應了
但到後來因一萬一根本入不敷出
房租、水電、生活費
但以前真的太笨了...
不停被壓榨也不懂反抗
一直到嚴重失眠才驚覺事態嚴重
後來也順利離職
離職當下其實除了領了9月薪水一萬一千整
另提10/10領,10/11離職
等於在10/1~10/10是無薪
其實本想過了算了
但
最近前雇主開始討鞋子錢...(上班規定穿自家鞋)
總額一萬五千元整<<後來上網查鞋子成本頂多六千!
朋友一窩蜂要我到勞工局舉發他們的惡行
但問題來了
1.上班無打卡
2.薪資發現金,無明細
毫無證據...
大概剩店內的監視器了吧
再加上員工少得可憐
一舉發就知道是誰了
不知道會怎麼被對付
但真的被騙很慘阿...
請問這樣子的舉發還會有意義嗎?
