各位好~
小妹我是去年11/14到職
那時聘書上寫著 滿一年有10天特休
(優於勞基法)
但是後來政府又通過了
滿半年有三天特休
最近想請特休時(已滿半年)
被行政擋下來
一開始行政表示要依聘書上走
滿一年後才有10天特休
這明顯違反吧
所以我就請他問清楚
隔天我再問她
行政就說
現在滿半年三天
但是滿一年就改成7天(照勞基法)
我的問題是
之前白紙黑字寫的特休10天就不算數了嗎?
公司口頭上告知
沒有雙方簽名修改
是否具有法律效力?
