從100年07月01日開始，社會救助法修法後，
第五條，需列之人口只列算直系，同住的旁系不列算～～
請查閱最新的社會救助新制。
如果是的話，需要您哥哥的薪資收入證明，
所以依照您的情形，可能會無法申請。
