當雇主要求留停或無薪假 - 職場

媽媽為市公所的臨時人員 自97/1/1適用新制 無舊制
目前被通知資遣,但是說流程需要跑2-3個月
後來主秘約下禮拜會談,聽說2-3個月要用無薪假或留停的方式處理
媽媽原本服務的幼兒園收班,目前是到各個分所去幫忙
請問
0.兩個方案可以都不同意嗎?
1.如果一定要選一個 無薪假是不是比較好? 至少這段時間還有收入...
2.無薪假有不得低於最低工資的規定嗎? google有些說可以 有些說不行
3.留停原因歸責於雇主,非勞工,是否能要求雇主支付停工期間的工資
4.目前還沒拿到資遣預告書,過程全都是口頭告知
