符勞基法的最低休假天數規定? - 職場

目前主要大規定就是連續14天內要有兩天例假
以及每周不超過48 兩周不超過84
或4週不超過168 8周不超過336
變形工時可攤於其他日正常工時不超過8(+2)小時
另外還有19天國定假日並沒有只紀念不放假這件事
工讀生都應該雙倍薪 正職應能補休
有點好奇符合規定的行業休假最少是多慘?
是利用14休2 所以 365=14*26+1 => 2*26=52天
然後國定假日都不放假裝他是補休到那兩天裡面嗎?
變成月休四天 每天84/12=7小時 另有4天特休共52天
而且不放國定假日?
還是最少也要52+19天的假日?
