常見的約聘是一年一簽
很多公司都在這樣做
但現在有個疑問是
約聘這件事似乎不合勞動法條中的定期契約
只要持續僱用超過三個月即強制回歸正職?
換句話說 民間公司行號的約聘都在貪便宜?
另外衍生出來的問題是
若某公司的員工人人都搞萬年約聘
這樣於法有據嗎?
