我在08年到美國打工旅遊拿的是J-1簽證
我是在俄亥俄州(oh)工作
我的from W-2的state income tax是50.68
local income tax是32.72
(1)我想請問以上這兩種稅都可以退嗎
我聽說可退州稅所以
我到這裡看了一下 http://tax.ohio.gov/forms/index.stm
(2)可以告訴我要填哪一個表格嗎 2008 IT-1040還是2008 IT-1040EZ 還是其他表格
(3)還有指導手冊寫了什麼重要注意事項嗎
(4)如果local income tax可以退要去哪個網址填什麼表格

我的FEDERAL 已經填好寄去美國了，我想知道能不能退州稅

=> Yes.

=> 2008 IT-1040. I assume that you did‘t live in Ohio for the entire year in 2008. If you did, then you can use 2008 IT-1040EZ

=> Yes. This is a list of the cities in Ohio . http://www.columbustax.net/search_taxmunicipalitie... Just select the city that you worked in and look for the city tax form.
