如題,請問板上的前輩們
本人8/1剛到職的公司
當初面試談薪資待遇、福利...等都是老闆口頭承諾
雙方確定後我就來到公司報到
但工作這段期間以來,老闆不時藉故工作挑毛病
昨天又因小事故意小題大做,對我說道:
“你這樣表現我不滿意,薪資合約要重談”
1.請問我該怎麼辦呢?有什麼方式可以捍衛我的權益呢?
2.當初我是因為老闆開出的薪資價碼覺得ok,才決定跳槽
且當初口頭合約並沒有提到表現不好要重談合約的問題,現在他要片面更改
沒有違約跟違法問題嗎?
