老闆的加薪觀念 - 加班

我現在在一家小公司上班,老闆算是對人不錯
但是找他談加薪問題時,他都會要求一個理由來說服他
工作量增加---不算,因為非急迫性必須要加班的內容,他的意思是如果自己想做完願意
加班就報加班費
年資---不算,因為做的事情都是一樣沒有變動
他願意加薪是工作有成長有突破...但我不懂一個包貨員要如何突破...
然後他還說了他不認同[沒有功勞也有苦勞]這句話,這不構成加薪條件
請問大家...因為我在大公司每年會固定調薪,雖然不多但起碼會因年資而薪水不同,我老
闆的這個觀念是普遍小公司都這樣嗎?
