老闆說的話如果每次都不一樣怎辦?我的困擾不知道大家有沒有....
情況:
明明老闆之前說a概念很爛, 之後做成b不合他胃口, c也不合, d也不ok
最後來回了好幾個月說, 我想到新的idea了! 不如試試看a呢!
問題一:
老闆有嚴重健忘症該怎麼辦?
若回嘴說之前已經提過這概念了...他就會狡辯說那時說明的不夠好
但是最後一次他想走a概念時並沒有任何說明,根本提的是跟第一次一樣的東西
情況:
老闆用b方法的案例解釋a案例 邏輯自相矛盾 經常人格分裂
例如罵說,這個案子不應該著力於產品功能啊,應該著力於企業形象
我os...那為什麼昨天說這個案子強調企業形象很重要,要以企業的高度講話
而不要太產品面,會失焦,然後今天舉了個產品面的案例來稱讚....
問題二:
老闆邏輯很差但又愛面子
情況:
老闆常說"你們都知道我是一個非常民主的人,任何事情都是透過大家共識才決定"
事實上什麼東西大家都不敢輕舉妄動,只能等他一聲令下
所謂的民主都是大家做作樣子投票,但大家都心知肚明投他愛的.....
哀,一直這樣浪費時間...但是老闆愛憑自己感覺做事情...專業跟道理拋一旁...
每天都跟著一肚子火 不知道那大家在聽到老闆這些話的時候 該怎麼去回應
是默默聽不發表意見嗎....謝謝
