育嬰假結束回公司上班被要求長期出差 - 離職

我是做傳產業務的工作 進去時算是國內業務 (但我有外國客人 所以偶爾去上海出差)
在懷孕前一年偶爾出差1次, 1次一周左右(因為公司也有廠房在上海)
我育嬰請了2年半 這期間公司關掉了台北廠(我呆的)跟上海廠(我會出差的相關廠)
其他同事都正常給錢資遣掉了 等於我回去業務部只有我一個 跟一個新來的日籍主管
他不太會英文 而我不會日文
剩下的國外廠跑的是日商
老闆要求我回去工作一個月大概要出差10天 去菲律賓或廣東(這兩個廠和我業務沒相關
待了四年半 從來沒去過)
請問大家有類似經驗覺得合理嗎? 我以前同事都覺得公司擺明要我自己離職
因為公司一定知道我有兩個2.3歲小孩根本不可能能接受長時間出差的工作
我知道公司有讓我回去上班已經不錯了 但一個月出差10天 真的很......
我還是會去勞工局問問 只是想問問有沒有人有類似經驗
我是希望公司像其他人一樣資遣我 可是公司不願意
然後也不願意談 我不要資遣費 但給我失業證明 之類的.....
這邊專業人士感覺很多 希望能獲得一些想法 謝謝
