因之前申請過失業津貼(非自願性離職),是否就業保險年資歸零計算?目前因打算申請育嬰留職停薪,但是現任公司加保未滿四個月,從上次領取失業給付之後沒多久就待產,期間加保大約三個月,前後加總勞保年資只滿半年,這樣是否可以辦理育嬰留職停薪津貼呢?本人勞保年資快17年,但因卡在之前
