去年底剛離開年薪百萬的科技業
科技業工時長,highlight文化+精神上的緊繃壓榨
讓我做的很不開心,因此做了兩年多下定決心離開
我是商管類研究所畢業的,本來想要回歸自己比較有興趣的行銷領域
也做好了心理準備年薪會砍半
最近實際面試了工作也拿到了offer(的確是年薪砍半)
在決定要不要接受的時候,我卻開始慌張猶豫
我未來在行銷領域的發展就算升上了小主管,薪水也沒有科技業多
未來如果想要買房買車,甚至考慮到退休,這樣的薪水夠嗎?
以前喜歡去新的地方旅遊走走看看,也可能是當時工作壓力大,
所以一年出國兩到三次,離職之後也當背包客去了不少地方
但是以後如果換了行銷的工作後,就不能這麼常出國了...
我應該要接受這個offer,做自己喜歡做的事情,但是未來充滿不確定性
還是繼續飄著尋尋覓覓,找到一個薪水折衷,但又開心一點的工作
抑或回科技業,努力存錢投資,提早退休,開間咖啡店或當功夫裡的包租婆
請問各位,有沒有這種轉換領域的經驗,你們選擇時考慮的因素是甚麼,可以分享給我嗎?
我現在真的是頭都快想破了啊 Q_____Q
