薪資單的底薪是否有違法? - 職場

剛進公司時
那時勞基法的底薪不到20000
薪資單上的底薪是寫20000 其餘的是獎金
之後有開始慢慢加薪了
但是一直到現在
薪資單的底薪一樣都是維持寫20000
加薪的部分都算在每個月的獎金裡面
這部分是否有違法呢??
(每月實領月薪有超過25K以上)
