在該公司好不容易撐到快試用期滿
面談時 主管告知，因為我人格特質有問題，有能力但缺乏專業，所以要降我職等，當初
說的，試用期過的調薪也取消。
但他還是先讓我過試用期，希望我改善態度，人格問題，等他覺得我表現好的那天，再來
討論調薪可能。
我好疑惑：
1. 員工人格有問題，才是最大問題吧。不適合為什麼不要直接告知我不通過呢？
2. 先過試用期，但降職，當初說的調薪也不給，這是什麼意思？
3. 何謂表現好？畢竟人格是無法量化的（還是其實可以？）
