不知道從何時開始，補教業已經變成30k以下的低薪資行列
我想應該是從九年一貫開始，安親班林立，需求增加但是門檻低
業者求有就好，所以用了只要有學士甚至專科的人當老師，一旦
市場開始2?k開頭的起薪，直到現在.....一直都回不去了~
原po第一份工作就是補教，直到現在邁入第16年，從大二開始打工
畢業正式上班起薪36k，坦白說沒找過工作，都是被挖角(也才被挖兩次)
幾年前開始面試人，才接觸人資這一塊，以為流浪教師那麼多，人才應該
很多，沒想到幾年下來，我只能說補教很悲哀>.<
老闆不肯花錢請人(超過30k就7788)，來的人素質也都很差，甚至看不到幾個
國立大學的(師範還會出現)，我是在做補教的全新產業，簡單講就是玩遊戲學習
(桌遊、積木、部分學科遊戲...)可是~我找不到程度好的人，即便是30k起跳也沒人
補教是個需要練功自築舞台的市場，前面要練好功後面才會有賺大錢機會，
以我自己來說，要是算人頭跟老闆是64分帳，要是算時薪家教1500/hr，
這都是要練功才有的成果，但是現在年輕人看到入門薪資低就望之卻步，
強的都去擠大補習班的名師當徒弟，成功的卻很少~哀!好無奈......
希望補教人生能重新璀璨，希望有興趣投身補教的準老師們，說說妳們的想法
我也想找到肯拼肯學肯投資自己的名師，不然下一代怎麼變強?!
