補習班錄音著作權、版權問題 - 考試

各位好，原po 9月初有去某補習班補視訊班
那間補習班有張貼 禁止錄音、錄影
違者可處幾年~幾年有期徒刑
想問各位如果錄音是自己複習用 而非販售轉手獲利
這樣有侵權的問題?
有在網路上爬文，如果補習班有告知禁止錄音
那是我跟補習班所簽的契約，所以錄音是我毀約
要如何處分是由補習班所簽約內容去處理
我並無侵犯智慧財產權?
我不想補習到後來還要上法院，拜託各位幫我解惑
