要找其他工作嗎？ - 年終

幫一個朋友詢問，畢竟我也不知道該怎麼建議：
他目前的工作性質比較特殊，圈子小所以不太好詢問，主要是金融服務業；固定領的月薪只有法定的最低薪資，然而，每年的年終攤下來去算大概有34k左右，再算上各種公司補助和三節下去均則有36k
然而這份工作大概這樣就到頂了，沒有辦法升遷；而最近感覺也到了一個舒適點，覺得應該要更增加收入，是否該建議他換工作呢？
我自己的看法是，他本身學歷相比同業差蠻多的，能領到現在這薪資算是不錯，如果要再上去可能要再重拾書本會比較好，可能揀個碩士等之後比較能找更高階的工作；另一個選擇是直接換產業做，畢竟現況升不上去不是努力與否的問題而是有天花板的問題。
不知道各位覺得如何呢？
