要離職才發現公司沒幫我加勞保 - 離職

各位板友好
我剛從一份餐廳正職的工作離職,
這星期接到家裡電話,
說收到我的國民年金催繳通知,
我打到勞保局問勞保加保紀錄才發現,
原來這份工作從我7/28到職一直到9/27離職,都是沒有勞健保的狀態
8.9月份的薪資只有薪水匯進戶頭,公司沒有給明細所以我沒注意到
打給公司詢問的結果是,當初填的人事資料沒有勾選是否加保
所以公司就沒有幫我投保,請問這樣如果去勞保局申訴會成立嗎?
況且時候幫我處理新進員工事項的同事早就離職了
人事資料也都在公司那邊,我目前無從查證到底有沒有這回事
另外問了幾個9/1到部的同事,
才發現他們的勞保也都還沒加保,現在已經都10月了!
公司的理由是勞保局資料尚未處裡完畢,
要10月才會一次從薪資扣兩個月的勞保
還有一個同事下班出了車禍,
雖然店長有拿職災單給他填寫,
但是他目前也是勞保未投保的狀態,請問這樣還能申請到補助嗎?
以上幾個狀況請教有經驗的板友幫忙解答
