計月勞工就職未滿一個月薪資給付法規有無明文規定假日也須給付啊?!A公司11號就職,隔月領薪公司有給付假日薪...實際工作天數16.5天,實領天數20.5天(隔週休)B公司是7號就職,隔月領薪公司只給實際工作天數...有的人說應該要給付假日...也有人說這樣正常不曉得勞基法有無明文規定雇方該如何給付薪資?!感謝~~
