試用受訓期不支薪無勞保 - 職場

剛到一間公司報到,
得知受訓期間要考核通過才算正式員工,
代表上班前4-5日皆不支薪及無勞保,
這樣正常嗎?
剛剛查了一下有關遲到扣薪的文章,
底22k含1000全勤(其他靠獎金)
假設遲到一分鐘扣10-100元(看次數或分鐘數)
這樣合理嗎?
我們算是半服務業,
一天8小時,月休6天,是否不符勞基法呢?
