試用期算年資嗎? - 職場

去年6月到職
有保勞健保
公司說6-9月為試用期
算約聘員工
9月起才算正式員工
因此年假的年資
是從9月開始計算
原本以為工作滿一年(有勞保開始算)
就可以有7天年假
但公司似乎不是這樣計算的
有個同事
是去年4月到職
前幾天去問年假
只得到2.5天
想問問有沒有人了解相關細則
